I have spent the last 31 years in a very rewarding real estate career.  The most rewarding aspect of the business is the multitude of friends we have made with past clients.  I am extremely pleased that my best friend & wife of 35 years (Ann) has joined me in my real estate business.  We will make a great team!

Education

My education began in a one room school house with grades 1 through 8.  It was a rewarding experience, and a time when I gained much of the principles that has remained with me throughout my life.  After senior high school I spent time in the service and completed various college courses, but I knew real estate would be my destiny once I started my real estate classes. 
       
Organizations
 
I have served on various real estate committees, and hold memberships in National Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors, Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors, and the Lake of the Ozarks Multiple Listing Service which also includes the Lake Ozark Board of Realtors. 
       
  
Personal

I am a true home body and family man.  When I am not selling real estate I enjoy my home & my fantastic view.  Although our 5 children and 12 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild are 5 hours away, I enjoy their visits to the Lake.  Together we enjoy boating, and the many great dining, and shopping spots throughout the Lake area.  In my younger days I was known for my dancing which I still enjoy with my wonderful wife of 35 years, Ann. Real Estate, is without a doubt, the best investment the average person can make that will offer years of tax shelter, value increase, and fond memories of one's life with family & friends!

Philosophy
